The new Pro Spot i5s Transformer Gun is lightweight, ergonomic, maneuverable, versatile and easy-to-use. It features unique digital display, as well as fingertip controls allowing technicians to view and change settings on the go without returning to the welder and disrupting welding process.

Superior design allows for quick and easy arm changes. Rotating bracket and arm provide a full range of motion, allowing technicians to access any spot on a vehicle.

i5s Spot Welder comes with variety of accessories. Additionally, Pro Spot offers a variety of optional arms for deeper reach. The biggest advantage of the new arms is a wider distance to get around large panels in contemporary car designs. Arm design includes longer electrodes to reach those deeper pockets we see in todays vehicles. Water cooling is provided to the tip, which is a requirement with car manufacturers.

The revolutionary Pro Spot Ergo Lift Assist™ System (ELA) is the tallest and most versatile motorized boom mechanism for spot welding applications. Designed to reach higher (9.25’ / 2.82 m) and lower (5’ / 1.5 m) than most conventional booms, the ELA makes spot welding any area on today’s high reach / wide footprint vehicles accessible and ergonomically friendly.
